Nutrition & Performance Challenge Part 2

This is our 2ndĀ Challenge for 2017, so we would like to make it a little more challenging. In order to keep everyone accountableā¦this challenge will be partners. Now not only you but your partner as well must stay consistent.
Partners are selected randomly. It is up to you to keep in contact or help each other out during this challenge. In the end, we will combine the two individuals scores into one team score.
Prizes are as follows:
1stĀ Place = $500 ($250 each person)
2ndĀ Place = $300 ($150 each person)
3rdĀ Place = $200 ($100 each person)
Points are achieved as follows:
- 1. Body Fat Loss
- a. 10-points for every 0.10% body fat loss
- b. Points attainable (??? points)
- 2. Performance Improvement
- a. 10-points for every rep improved
- b. Points attainable (??? points)
- 3. Weigh Inās
- a. 1-point each week you weigh in
- b. Must be weighed in by a Coach
- c. Wednesdays Only
- d. Points attainable (9 points)
- 4. Checking In on Social Media
- a. 1-point each day
- b. Ā Instagram, Facebook, Yelp only
- c. Check inās must say at CrossFit Renatus. For example, even though you ran a 5k in San Jacinto or worked out at LA Fitness
(i.e. Facebook āBrenda Pagliaroli checked in atĀ CrossFitĀ Renatus)
- d. Points attainable (60 points)
- 5. Eating Right
- a. 1-point each day you post about your meals
- b. Posts only count for following the meal plan or making good choices
- c. Points attainable (60 points)
- 6. Working Out
- a. 1-point each day you post about your workouts
- b. CrossFit
- c. Active Rest Days
- d. Mobility
- e. Weightlifting
- f. Skills
- g. Endurance
- h. Street Parking does not count
- i. Points attainable (60 points)
