Starting Monday, April 27th, there will be some new and exciting changes. Our classes times are now going to be 1 hour. With the expertise of our Coaches, Rodrick and Greg, they suggested a change in the length of our All Levels classes. Rodrick and Greg know our athletes and feel this new schedule will not only provide more effective training, but also being back the fun and variety in our CrossFit classes. The new schedule is below:
