The Renatus Athletics Motto

Located in Hemet Ca, our facility is about fitness reborn. Our motto..

1. I will promise to do my best. My best will vary from day to day, from hour to hour, from minute to minute. But in that minute, I will do the very best that I can.

2. Lactic acid is my friend. The wind is my friend. Anything that opposes me is actually helping me to become stronger. If I had no opposition, I would be weak.

3. If I can run, I run. If I have to walk, I walk. When I am forced to crawl, I crawl. And then I rest and live to fight another day.

4. I fear no man but I fear my workout. If I don’t fear my workout, it isn’t hard enough.

5. I may puke. I may cry. But I will not quit. Ever.

6. I never cheat. There is no honor in cheating. What joy can there be in a victory I did not earn?

7. The workout missed is the opportunity missed. I will not cheat myself of the opportunity to become a better athlete and person.

8. I understand the value of the push-up, the pull-up, the sit-up, the squat, and the deadlift. Just as there are a million ways to make chicken, so too are there a million ways to squat, sit up, pull up, push up, and deadlift.

9. I will give everything I have. And then I will find more within myself.

10. I don’t complain. Complaining is for crybabies. There are 250 babies born every minute worldwide. I will leave the crying to them and I will soldier on.

11. I will bite off challenges, spit out results, and beg for more.

New Changes for 2016

 Attention Renatus Athletes:

A few weeks ago, we put out an Athlete Satisfaction Survey to see what our athletes liked or disliked about CrossFit Renatus, and what improvements we can make for 2016. After reviewing all the Athlete Satisfaction Surveys, we have decided to make some improvements and some changes.

As a reminder, the new schedule starts today:

New Schedule for All Levels Class:

Monday’s/Wednesday’s/Friday’s 

-5am/6am/7am/9am

-430pm/530pm/630pm

Tuesday’s/Thursday’s

-5am/6am/7am/9am

-530pm/630pm/730pm

New Saturday Class:

-930am Endurance 

New Open Gym Schedule:

Monday through Friday

-5am to 10am

Saturday’s

-930am to 12pm

Renovations Coming Soon:

-New paint inside kids room

-Upgrade the kids room with an Arcade game for them to play

As you know, safety is paramount with us at CrossFit Renatus. Some of the safety concerns expressed in the surveys were, kids walking in and out of the training area. As a result, we need to make a few changes. 

Starting today, kids will no longer be allowed to walk in or out of the training area for any reason. All kids must remain either in the kids room or sitting on the boxes. There will be a new black/yellow caution line which kids are not allowed to cross once a class begins. It will be the responsibility of the parents to attend to the kids and not the coach. In the past the coaches have struggled keeping the kids and athletes safe while training is in session. We also ask that no children play in the back parking lot area unless they have parental supervision. As you know, we have transients walking around sometimes and we feel it’s better safe than sorry. This will also prevent kids from running through the training area.

Help us make CrossFit Renatus a safer place for all of our kids and all of our athletes alike.
