It’s the New Year and with that comes a new Olympic Weightlifting cycle. We need everyone to recommit for the next 3 months (Jan/Feb/Mar). Starting this year, Olympic Weightlifting will be every 3 months.
Here is a question I received yesterday. Can anyone join the Olympic Weightlifting class???
The answer is YES.
Anyone seeking to improve their Olympic Lifts: Snatch & C&J should be in this class.
The goal of this class is not to create a competitive CrossFit Athlete or an Olympic Weightlifter. The goal is to provide our athletes with the best of the best in the world of Olympic Weightlifting. When it comes to being coached by Patrick-Cullen Carroll…he his renowned for his abilities to improve lifters.
All athletes that have passed the Advanced Performance Test and are currently participating in the Advanced Programming, are required to be a part of the Olympic Weightlifting class.
Olympic Weightlifting Schedule:
Tuesdays @8am
Thursdays @6:30pm
Saturdays @8am
